The Flagstaff Metropolitan Planning Organization d/b/a MetroPlan (“MetroPlan”) invites qualified respondents to respond to the Request for Proposals (RFP) to prepare a Safe Streets Master Plan on behalf of MetroPlan in partnership with the City of Flagstaff, Mountain Line, and Coconino County.
